Perion is indicated in-
Dyspeptic symptom complex, often associated with delayed gastric emptying, gastroesophageal reflux and esophagitis:
- Epigastric sense of fullness, feeling of abdominal distension, upper abdominal pain
- Eructation, flatulence, early satiety
- Nausea and vomiting
- Heartburn with or without regurgitations of gastric contents in the mouth
- Non-ulcer dyspepsia
Acute nausea and vomiting of the functional, organic, infectious, dietetic origin or induced by radiotherapy or drug therapy or induced in migraine.
Parkinson's disease: In dopamine-agonist induced nausea and vomiting.
Radiological studies: Speeding barium transit in follow-through radiological studies.
ডমপেরিডন ম্যালিয়েট নিম্নোক্ত উপসর্গে নির্দেশিত-
ডিসপেপটিক সিম্পটম কমপেক্স (পাকস্থলী হতে খাদ্যের বিলম্বিত অপসারণ, গ্যাসট্রো-ইসােফেজিয়াল রিফ্লাক্স এবং ইসাফেগাইটিস এর ফলে সৃষ্ট):
- পেটের উপরের ভাগে ফাঁপা বােধ, পেট ভার বােধ এবং পেটের উপরের অংশে ব্যথা।
- ঢেকুর তােলা, পেট ফাঁপা, অল্প খাদ্যে তুষ্টি।
- বমিবমি ভাব এবং বমি।
- পাকস্থলী হতে খাদ্য উপরে উঠে আসা সহ বুক জ্বলা অথবা শুধু বুক জ্বলা।
- আলসার বিহীন অজীর্ণ রােগ।
তীব্র বমিবমি ভাব এবং বমি: ফাংশনাল, জৈবিক, সংক্রমণজনিত বা খাদ্যাভ্যাস অথবা রেডিওথেরাপী বা ঔষধ সেবন মাইগ্রেন হতে উদ্ভুত তীব্র বমিবমি ভাব এবং বমির প্রতিরােধ ও লক্ষণাদির উপশমে।
পারকিনসনস্ রোগে: ডােপামিন-এগােনিষ্ট ব্যবহারে সৃষ্ট বমিবমি ভাব এবং বমির প্রতিরােধে।
রেডিওলজিক্যাল পরীক্ষায়: রেডিওলজিক্যাল ফলো-থ্রু-পরীক্ষায় বেরিয়ামের সঞ্চালন ত্বরান্বিত করতে।
